Free Play

During indoor free play, we encourage students to use the classroom materials to play and explore. This might mean weighing pumpkins at our own pumpkin patch, building forts or rockets with various building materials, or creating stories as they weave cats, dinosaurs, and other characters into a pretend play narrative that satisfies all of the kids playing the game. Children are free to explore, pretend, and get dirty during outdoor play.
